The Freedom Personal Watercraft Program's Specifications

Qualifications
A personal watercraft and jet boats certified for a maximum capacity of four (4) people, with a maximum overall length of sixteen (16) feet, powered by an inboard engine, and propelled by impeller drive/jet drive.

Valuation
"Actual Cash Value", subject to normal depreciation, on all personal watercraft, the personal watercraft trailer, and all accessories.

Coverages And Sublimits
The standard "package" consists of:

• Physical Damage Coverage, subject to a $250. per occurrence deductible.
• A "standard" $15,000. Personal Watercraft Liability Coverage with $1,000. in Medical Payments Coverage with higher Liability and Medical Payments Coverages available at an additional premium charge.
• Increased Personal Watercraft Liability Coverage limit options of $25,000., $50,000., $100,000., and $300,000. --- all at a very affordable additional premium cost!
• Increased Medical Payments Coverage limit options of $2,500, and $5,000. for a nominal additional premium.

Minimum Premium
The minimum written and retained premium is $100. per policy.

This FREEDOM "package" policy can also be "customized" to meet your particular needs with "Optional Coverages".

Optional Coverages Include

• Watersports Liability Coverage if you ever plan on towing people skiing, tubing, wakeboarding, or on "inflatables". (These limits cannot exceed your choice of Personal Watercraft Liability limits.)
  
  
• Uninsured Boatowners Coverage in the event someone is personally injured while aboard your personal watercraft by either an "uninsured" boater/personal watercraft, or "hit-and-run" boater/personal watercraft operator. (These limits cannot exceed your choice of Personal Watercraft Liability limits.)
  
  
• Physical Damage Coverage for your Personal Watercraft Trailer (subject to a $250. personal watercraft trailer deductible).
  
  
• Physical Damage Accessories, Add-On Equipment and Custom Paint Coverage for your personal watercraft and/or its trailer.
  
  

Additional FREEDOM Special Features

• If there is no lienholder on your personal watercraft, and/or it is an "older model", you may obtain the most economical protection available! Old United Casualty Company can also provide a "Liability ONLY Policy" --- with "optional" Medical Payments Coverage.
• This FREEDOM Personal Watercraft Policy is offered as either a six (6) month policy or a twelve (12) month policy term.
• We offer three (3) payment plans for the annual policy term only: full payment at policy inception payment option; a two (2) payment option with 50% down at policy inception and the second payment due in 150 days; or a four (4) payment option with 25% down at policy inception, the second installment due in 60 days, and the third and fourth payments are due 90 days apart. We offer six (6) month policyholders two payment options: full payment at policy inception, or the two payment option with 50% down at policy inception and the second payment due in 150 days. [All payment options, other than "full payment at policy inception", are subject to a nominal "service charge".]

Special Premium "Discounts" Available

• "Multi-Unit" Discount --- if you insure more than one personal watercraft with this Company;
• "Transfer Discount" --- if the personal watercraft is currently insured with another insurance company/carrier other than Old United Casualty Company within the preceding twelve (12) months;
• "Claims Free Renewal Discount" --- you are automatically entitled to this if you go "claims free" each year after your initial year insured with Old United Casualty Company. (NOTE: This "Claims Free Renewal Discount" is not accumulative for each successive year that you are claims free. In the event you have a claim under your FREEDOM Personal Watercraft Policy, the "Claims Free Renewal Discount" will be automatically removed at your renewal policy's next renewal policy term.);
• Choosing a higher deductible option for Physical Damage Coverage on your personal watercraft of either $300., $350., or $500. per occurrence; and
• Choosing a special "theft deductible option" of either $1,000. or $2,500.
