This unique insurance coverage offered by Old United, applies to 26 to 46 foot "sportsfisherman" yachts not used for commercial fishing except as it applies to "for hire" or "charter" services with a capacity of six or less fare-paying passengers. Six-pack charter exposures can be written in a corporation's name. Bareboat charters, however, cannot be insured.

Full-Time Crew Coverage is available for limits of $100,000 to $1,000,000.

Containment Spill Liability Coverage has limits of $500,000 and is automatically included in the standard policy.

Higher limits (up to $25,000) for "Scheduled Fishing Gear/Equipment" are available for an additional premium in excess of the standard $2,500 of Personal Effects Coverage.

The hull deductible is a minimum of 2% of the hull's insured value or $500, whichever is greater.

A recent condition and value survey must be performed on all hulls five years and older.

Yachts up to 15 years old will be considered for coverage under this program.
